The expert researchers at Synergy Behavior Solutions in Portland, Oregon have released a statement that says the increasingly popular sport of nosework, in which dogs are taught to locate specific scents hidden in containers, rooms, vehicles or outdoors may help in the treatment of canine anxiety.

K-9 nosework can be practiced in small places, making it a wonderful game for apartment dogs with a limited space for interaction. Plus, it’s just plain FUN! Nosework helps to exercise your dog’s mind and body, all while having the time of their life.

Our Vision

We teach you to train your own dog with the use of a progressive method of training developed through years of experience with thousands of dogs and owners.  Each basic exercise prepares you and your dog for the next step.  We teach every exercise as if we were preparing you to enter American Kennel Club obedience trials.   Many students become interested and compete successfully.

For the student who only wants a well behaved companion dog the lessons are equally effective.  A companion dog is one who can go anywhere with you as a welcome guest and one who’s behavior will endear him to you and your friends. Your dog will learn to love and respect you if you take the time to teach him the basic commands.  Become your dog’s leader and he will readily become your faithful follower.
